Physical Education
Physical Education is taught by our specialist Physical Education Teacher. In the early years, the focus is on developing essential fundamental movement skills in a fun, safe environment. As our students progress through to the upper years, they develop these along with effective game strategies through modified sports.
At Gibbs Street we are pleased to be involved with a number of community initiatives including the Dockers Cup (female AFL), Interschool Soccer, AFL and Netball as well as our involvement in the Canning-Woodloes Sports Association (Athletics, Cross Country, Lightning Carnivals). Tennis and Soccer clinics are also provided.
